Responsibilities
- Harvesting & Picking: Efficiently and carefully harvest seasonal fruits and vegetables to ensure maximum quality and yield.
- Packing & Sorting: Perform quality control sorting, grading, and packing of agricultural products for shipment.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate agricultural machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including farm equipment and storage areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a diverse team to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, H-2A regulations, and farm policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for H-2A visa sponsorship or possess a valid work authorization to work in the United States.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Experience: Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or manual labor is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time, seasonal work, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Attitude: A positive work ethic, punctuality, and a strong desire to learn.
