Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks related to crop planting, cultivating, and harvesting.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and USDA guidelines on the job site.
- Load and unload produce using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure high-quality standards for all agricultural products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2A visa or be eligible to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or landscaping is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
