Qualifications

- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic understanding of agricultural machinery and safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Willingness to learn and follow supervisor instructions.
