Responsibilities
- Perform harvesting, planting, and general farm maintenance duties according to seasonal schedules.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect crops and produce for quality assurance and grade according to standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks and containers with agricultural products.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding H2A compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school certification is a plus.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Experience with agricultural machinery or farming operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and long hours.
