Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor crop health and report any issues to field supervisors immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all H2A guidelines, labor laws, and company safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks with harvested produce efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship (if applicable) or hold valid legal work status.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and humidity.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Basic English communication skills.
