Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including harvesting, picking, and sorting crops according to strict quality and size standards.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under direct supervision.
- Pack, crate, and load harvested products onto trucks for transport to distribution centers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Follow all H2A labor laws and employer safety protocols strictly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Assist in general farm maintenance and perform general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work long hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the harvest schedule.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects for extended periods of time.
- Must possess basic reading and math skills for measuring and recording production data accurately.
- Willingness to work in various outdoor weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or manual labor is a plus but not required.
