Responsibilities
- Perform essential agricultural tasks, including planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Inspect crops and fields for signs of disease, pests, or environmental stress.
- Load and unload produce safely and efficiently for transport to packing facilities.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize field productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Assist in general farm maintenance and facility upkeep as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship or already possess valid work authorization in the US.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; trade school training in agriculture is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environments for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience operating farm equipment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by the harvest season.
