Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Sort, grade, and pack agricultural products according to quality standards.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Work efficiently in various weather conditions and outdoor settings.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors to meet production targets.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical work for extended periods on your feet.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic physical stamina, strength, and dexterity.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift moderately heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
