Responsibilities
- Operate Provided Machinery: Safely and efficiently use the heavy equipment and hand tools provided by the company for harvesting and field maintenance.
- Harvesting Operations: Perform manual and mechanized harvesting tasks according to established quality and quantity standards.
- Farm Maintenance: Assist in general farm upkeep, including weeding, watering, and soil preparation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure produce meets packaging and quality specifications before transport.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team structure to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Status: Must currently possess a valid H2A visa or be eligible to obtain one through the employer's sponsorship.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid ID: Must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's License or Passport).
- Experience: Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or general labor is preferred but not strictly required.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
