Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain field sanitation, remove debris, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Pack, sort, and grade harvested produce according to quality standards.
- Assist in general farm maintenance and general cleanup duties.
- Follow supervisor instructions to meet daily production quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (Green Card holders eligible).
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in extreme weather conditions.
- Experience with hand tools, tractors, or farm equipment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English language skills for safety communication.
