Responsibilities
- Perform general farming duties including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on the job site.
- Load and unload products using hand tools or forklifts.
- Work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Assist with irrigation and general field maintenance.
Qualifications
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States (H2A Visa holders preferred).
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Previous experience in agriculture or related fields is a plus.
