Responsibilities
- Harvest and pick crops using hand tools and agricultural machinery.
- Inspect produce to ensure high-quality standards before packing.
- Load and unload trucks for efficient distribution and logistics.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and supervisor instructions.
- Perform physical labor in various outdoor weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid ID or Passport (H2A eligible).
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic English proficiency for communication.
- Previous farming or agriculture experience preferred.
