Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, vegetables)
- Maintain farm equipment and perform daily inspections
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with crop monitoring and pest control measures
- Participate in irrigation system maintenance and field repairs
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility or US work authorization
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Previous farm/agricultural experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
