Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, and berries)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop health through proper planting, pruning, and pest control
- Follow strict food safety and quality standards
- Assist with field preparation and post-harvest cleanup
- Work efficiently in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts, 6 days/week
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to worksite
