Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters)
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides under supervision
- Sort and pack produce for distribution
- Monitor crop health and report issues
- Maintain farm sanitation standards
- Participate in safety training drills
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship required
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to complete paid training program
- Basic English communication skills
- Lifting capacity up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to farm location
