Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, and grains)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop quality through proper handling and sorting techniques
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards
- Assist with field maintenance activities including weeding and pest control
- Participate in packaging and loading operations
- Complete daily production reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical stamina for manual labor and repetitive tasks
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
