Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, pruning, harvesting, and packing
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Maintain field sanitation and equipment cleanliness standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance requirements
- Assist with greenhouse operations and crop management as needed
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to undergo sponsorship process
- Minimum 2 years prior agricultural experience or formal certification
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods (8-12 hour shifts)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and operate heavy machinery
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Availability for 40+ hour work weeks during peak season
