Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of crops (lettuce, peppers, melons) following quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant and maintain crops according to seasonal schedules
- Inspect produce for quality and sort by size/grade
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers safely using proper PPE
- Maintain field cleanliness and proper waste disposal
- Adhere to all safety protocols and H2A program regulations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain through sponsorship
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
