Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) for crop cultivation and harvesting
- Perform manual labor including planting, weeding, pruning, and field maintenance
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation/pest issues to farm supervisors
- Adhere to H2A program compliance and safety protocols
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packaging of agricultural products
- Maintain accurate field records and production logs
- Participate in team-based farm operations during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (foreign worker status)
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural/farm work experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
