Responsibilities
- Operate tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems (all equipment provided)
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including tomatoes and peppers
- Maintain farm equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with packing and sorting harvested produce
- Participate in irrigation system maintenance and field preparation
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months of prior agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work 45-55 hours weekly including weekends
- Clean background check and drug screening required
- Willingness to relocate to on-site housing provided by employer
