Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including corn, soybeans, and wheat
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, irrigation systems, etc.)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures
- Perform irrigation system maintenance and field drainage work
- Assist in crop sorting, packing, and loading for transport
- Adhere to all safety protocols and H2A program regulations
- Document daily farming activities and yield reports
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year of crop farming experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of farm equipment operation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to communicate in English or Spanish
- Pass background check and drug screening
