Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops including vegetables, fruits, and herbs
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and packing
- Apply integrated pest management techniques
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with irrigation and field maintenance
- Participate in crop planting and cultivation activities
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year experience in agricultural labor
- Ability to work 6-8 hours daily in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
