Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to international guests at check-in/check-out
- Assist with reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
- Operate property management systems and process payments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with housekeeping, security, and dining teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
- Support promotional events and VIP guest experiences
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train from scratch!
- Strong communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
