Responsibilities
- Greet and assist international guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Process reservations and manage room assignments using PMS software
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with multilingual support
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Provide local area information and recommendations to visitors
- Maintain clean, organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills (additional languages valued)
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Valid work authorization or willingness to relocate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- No prior experience required – training provided
