Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Generative AI Research Scientist to architect the next generation of artificial intelligence for our 2026 roadmap. In this high-impact role, you will pioneer breakthroughs in Large Language Models (LLMs), diffusion models, and multimodal AI systems that redefine human-machine interaction.
At Nebula AI Systems, we believe in building intelligent infrastructure that is not only powerful but also ethical and scalable. You will have the autonomy to explore uncharted territories in AI research while collaborating with a world-class team of engineers and ethicists.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel architectures for generative models, including Transformers, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and autonomous agents.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and safety, focusing on reducing hallucinations and bias.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready models.
- Write high-impact technical papers and contribute to the open-source community to advance the field of AI.
- Optimize inference pipelines and training infrastructure to reduce latency and computational costs for massive-scale deployments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of experience in applied research or machine learning engineering, preferably at a top-tier tech company or academic institution.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of publishing at prestigious conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, ICLR) or leading open-source projects.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++, with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
