Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and manufacturing tasks on the production line efficiently and accurately.
- Operate and monitor standard industrial machinery and equipment safely.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure they meet strict company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills for safety instructions.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required by business needs.
- No prior industrial experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Eligible to work in the United States (or willing to pursue visa sponsorship).
- Must be a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
