Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and assembly line equipment according to safety guidelines.
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of machinery.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods from trucks and storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship (or willing to undergo sponsorship process).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic ability to read and understand safety labels and operating instructions.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior manufacturing experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
