- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with venture capital team to identify disruptive startups and technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and industry conference presentations
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress against strategic goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or futurism roles
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
