Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology foresight strategy for 2026+ horizon
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3) and assess market disruption potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and scenario planning workshops
- Establish industry partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at global tech conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within tech research and venture capital communities
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategy
