As a key member of our executive team, you'll collaborate with industry disruptors, academic pioneers, and global thought leaders to anticipate technological shifts and position our company as an industry leader. You'll be instrumental in developing long-term technology roadmaps, evaluating disruptive innovations, and guiding our R&D investments toward high-impact opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their business implications for 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework with 3-5 year predictive horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and strategic pivots
- Produce executive-ready reports on technological disruption scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with Delphi methods, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
