Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive industry transformations post-2025
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build and manage a network of futurist thought leaders and academic institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's 2026 trajectory
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on technology adoption trends
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio of implemented strategic initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
