- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
