You'll shape corporate strategy while mentoring the next generation of tech pioneers through our FutureThink incubator program.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual innovation budgets
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and carbon-negative tech
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor 15+ researchers in our FutureThink incubator program
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT Media Lab and NASA JPL
- Author white papers cited in Nature and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurology (10+ years experience)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $1B+ valuations
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, and climate tech
- Security clearance for government-level R&D projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Keynote speaker at 3+ global tech conferences (2020-2023)
