Responsibilities
- Develop predictive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, analyzing quantum computing, AGI, and synthetic biology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation strategy with market readiness
- Author horizon-scanning reports on geopolitical tech disruptions and ethical implications
- Design prototyping frameworks for next-gen human-machine symbiosis interfaces
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging technology acquisition targets
- Present strategic insights at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Sociology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting or human-AI coevolution
- Expertise in Delphi method, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization tools
- Deep knowledge of blockchain, quantum computing, and neurotech landscapes
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion dollar R&D investment decisions
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for emerging market tech ecosystem analysis
