As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting technologies. Your work will directly influence product development, market positioning, and investment decisions in rapidly evolving sectors including AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2027 horizon) and synthesize actionable strategic recommendations
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption patterns
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-oriented thinking and scenario planning
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies for potential integration into core business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce forward-looking reports and whitepapers positioning our company as innovation thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of mapping technology adoption curves and disruption vectors
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience leading global teams and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems
