Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) and assess their strategic implications for business operations
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with company vision for 2026 product launches
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to foster disruptive thinking
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify acquisition/partnership opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful futuristic products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Certifications in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
