Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, AR/VR, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Build and maintain a global network of technology innovators and thought leaders
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Mentor junior strategists and drive a culture of technological curiosity
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
