- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation gaps and prioritize strategic initiatives
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech forums
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven foresight experience
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published author or frequent speaker at major tech conferences
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks
