Qualifications

- 10+ years in strategic tech roles at top-tier companies

- Proven experience with global tech policy development

- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Strong network with DARPA, WEF, and academic institutions
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (preferred)
