Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future market opportunities and disruptive threats
- Present compelling future-state scenarios to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership content on technology trends and their business implications
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation readiness and technology maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
- Background in AI, quantum systems, or sustainable tech a major plus
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
