Qualifications

- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese for global collaboration
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (APF or WFS)
