Responsibilities

- Present findings to executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering teams
- Author thought leadership pieces on future technology ethics
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate emerging startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research or patents in forward-looking tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating past innovation initiatives
