Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map technological disruptions through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with policy teams to shape ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 tech paradigms
- Prototype experimental interfaces for human-machine symbiosis
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in future-casting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published author or speaker at global tech conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- Mastery of systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in computational science, engineering, or futurist studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-tech innovations
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Experience with ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
