Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ AI and automation initiatives
- Research and prototype next-gen interfaces (neural, AR/VR, haptic)
- Architect scalable solutions for quantum-secure communications
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Collaborate with R&D on carbon-negative computing models
- Present future-vision insights to C-suite and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech with 5+ years in futurism/strategic innovation
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (papers/talks)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech prototypes
