Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ in strategic innovation roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven experience scaling tech startups from Series A to IPO
- Certifications in AWS Quantum or Google Quantum AI
- Portfolio of patented technologies with market impact
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Deep knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST AI frameworks
