Responsibilities

- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate breakthrough startups into our innovation ecosystem
- Present future-vision blueprints to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Author white papers on technological singularity mitigation and human augmentation ethics
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-shaping initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
