- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing basics
- Proven track record shipping futuristic products (AR/VR, blockchain, IoT)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on next-gen tech
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Certified in AWS/GCP quantum services and ethical AI frameworks
