Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop and implement future-proofing strategies across product development, market entry, and operational resilience
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future projections into executable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Author thought leadership reports and position Horizon as the future-ready authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented strategies that drive market leadership
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech convergence
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends or disruption
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
