Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning

- Author quarterly 'Future State Briefings' for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Design and deploy Horizon Dynamics' '2026 Innovation Index' to measure emerging market readiness
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists in advanced forecasting methodologies
- Present at global conferences on the future of work, climate resilience, and human augmentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 8+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends with 50+ citations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience with scenario planning for climate adaptation and resource scarcity
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) for complex trend mapping
