Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term innovation pipelines
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and business leaders to align on future opportunities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and visualizations that inform product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product concepts
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning methodologies, and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: AI ethics, biotech convergence, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Strong network of contacts in innovation ecosystems, academia, or research institutions
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives
